Astronomy

WOLF students explore the wonders of space with the help of high-powered telescopes, binoculars, laser pointers, sky scouts, and astral photography imaging devices. Most programs begin with the KleinMax Theater, a big-screen tour of space hosted by one of our experts.

KleinMax Theater

Students gather for a larger than life presentation of the wonders of space narrated by one of our astronomy experts. Topics include our Solar System, Galaxies, Comets, Planets, Moons, the International Space Station, NASA missions, and much more.

High Powered Telescopes

Students venture out into the night to learn about constellations, stellar navigation, and objects visible in the night sky. Programs might emphasize telescope viewing, sky mapping, astrophotography, or native lore. Certain WOLF camps and locations offer the best astronomy programs and clearest celestial viewing.

Can you spot the constellation?
